Data Patterns Group and SELEX Galileo, a Finmeccanica Company, have signed a Head of
Terms agreement with a view towards forming a Joint Venture (JV) later this year.
The joint venture will be located in Chennai, India and will focus on a broad range of defence
electronic products and state-of-the-art technology developments. The two companies will
leverage their strong development and manufacturing capabilities and their advanced
product ranges.

SELEX Galileo, a Finmeccanica company, will attend DEFEXPO (29 March - 1 April 2012) to
showcase its leading edge technologies in Electronic Warfare, Radar, Unmanned Aerial
Systems and Electro - Optics.
With the recent establishment of SELEX Galileo India Private Limited, the company has
expanded its footprint in India in order to further develop longstanding collaborations and
relationships with Indian companies to become an effective and committed player in the
market.

SELEX Galileo, a Finmeccanica company, has recently been awarded contracts worth
approximately 15 million Euros for support and service solution activities in the export
marketplace. 
 
 
FOCUS ON: Paolo Nespoli visits SELEX Galileo's Nerviano site
Paolo Nespoli, astronaut of the European Space Agency (ESA), visited the Nerviano site where SELEX Galileo has developed state-of-the-art technology for the most significant European and Italian space missions.  Accompanied by Professor Amalia Ercoli Finzi from the Polytechnic in Milan, they toured the facilities where SELEX Galileo develops the Passive Hydrogen MASER for the Galileo constellation satellites, the ExoMars Drill and Photovoltaic Assembly (PVA) for small and large satellites.Click to continue
